What an amazing trip we had!

Thank you so much for your email.
I wanted so much to be the first one to send you an email after we returned, but you were quicker and more efficient than me.
What an amazing trip we had! We cannot find the right words to express how much we enjoyed every moment we spent on the tour. We call it now “our Vietnam”, even though it is more yours than ours.
First, would like to convey Maya’s, Gili’s and my appreciation of your top professionalism. Everything you took responsibility for was simply perfect. Everywhere we were supposed to be met by a guide/driver, all went impeccably smoothly. The guides and drivers were excellent (We filled out feedback forms for each one of them).

We were all the time aware that you were supervising the whole tour, making sure that everything was all right and we were having a good time. We were impressed with how personally you were all the time involved in our vacation. This is such a rare quality, which surely we will mention when recommending your company to our friends here.

Vietnam is extremely vast, and we felt as if we managed to visit six, or more different countries. It is so different: the North, the Center, the South and the islands (BTW, the Six Senses in Ninh Van Bay was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G)! The landscapes, the clothes, the local markets – everything is different and colorful. The people are so nice, friendly and make the tourist feel at ease. It was so fascinating to have so much variety in one trip! We enjoyed food so much – I think it is the first place in the world where all the three of us felt so light and healthy, while – WOW – we ate so much! Our hotels were the best. And, we got along together so well, that on our return we could not stand the thought of getting separated even for half an hour…

Siem Reap was also amazing. And yes, we received your message there.
I would like, again, on behalf of Maya, Gili and myself, to thank you so much and convey our deepest appreciation to you. Definitely, you deserve to be nominated for the Ultimate Best Tour Agent of Vietnam. We will recommend you wholeheartedly.

Just, if I may suggest a recommendation for you for the future – it could be useful to clarify clients’ dietary preferences before they arrive (some people may find a problem with pork and seafood).
