Night 1 - Thursday: Hanoi / Lao Cai - You will be picked up from your hotel at 8:00 P.M. and taken to the railway station for the 9:10 train to Lao Cai.

Day 1 - Friday: Lao Cai / Sapa - Early morning arrival in Lao Cai. You will be taken from Lao Cai railway station to visit Ta Phin village (Red Dzao tribe) where you can meet groups of women making embroidered clothes, handbags… After that transfer to Sapa for lunch. Afternoon visit Ham Rong mountain, viewing beautiful scenery of the town and surrounding area. Night at hotel in Sapa. (B,L) 

Day 2 - Saturday: Soft trek to Lao Chai / Ta Van villages & Saturday night market in Sapa - Breakfast at hotel. The car will take you from your hotel to Lao Chai village (Black H’Mong tribe), looking down the valley, viewing magnificent landscapes of high mountains, deep valleys, waterfalls and terraced rice paddies… Have a walk around Lao Chai village, learn more about the daily life here, and then have a 2-km trek from Lao Chai to Ta Van village (Dzay tribe). After lunch at the village you will be picked up and taken to Sapa. Late afternoon free time to discover Sapa town. After dinner at a restaurant you will have a chance to join the famous Saturday Night Market in Sapa (if open). It used to be known as “Love market” where the ethnic people look for the partners for their marriage. Night in Sapa. (B,L)

Day 3 - Sunday: Sapa / Bac Ha Sunday market / Lao Cai / Hanoi - After breakfast you will be taken from Sapa to Bac Ha province (about 120 km). Visit Bac Ha market held on Sunday mornings only. After that you will visit Ban Pho village or Flower Mong tribe, seeing the terraced fields and valleys. You can also discover lifestyle of ethnic people, learn about the way to cook corn wine, one kind of well-known wine made by Ban Pho’s people. Lunch in BacHa town. Afternoon drive back to Lao Cai for the night train back to Hanoi. (B,L)

Day 4 - Monday: Hanoi - Arrive in Hanoi at early morning. End of the tour.
