Day 1: Arrival - We greet you at Hanoi airport and transfer you to your hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure. (D)

Day 2: Hanoi - City tour in Hanoi, visiting Ho Chi Minh mausoleum (if open), Ho Chi Minh's house on stilt, One Pillar Pagoda - one of the few structures remaining from the original foundation of the city, then have a walk to visit Tran Quoc pagoda - the most ancient pagoda in Hanoi. After that transfer to visit Hoan Kiem lake & Ngoc Son temple and walking around the Old Quarter. This evening enjoy a water puppetry show. Dinner and night in Hanoi. (B,L)

Day 3: Hanoi / Halong - Drive overland to Halong City (170 km). Arrive in Halong at noon. Get on the junk. Have lunch, while seeing thousands of sculpted limestone islands. We cruise to the inside of magical landscape of Dinh Huong Island, Ga Choi Island, Dog Island, Titov Beach... Take a bamboo row boat to discover a water tunnels with many coral reefs in a scenic lagoon, visit fishermen village. Dinner and night onboard. (Option 2: Overnight at hotel in Halong and visit Tuan Chau Island on the next morning). (B,L,D)

Day 4: Halong / Hanoi - After soft breakfast (cake + coffee / or tea / or fruit juice) continue to discover Halong Bay. Visit Sung Sot cave. Have buffet brunch before getting on Halong city. Drive back to Hanoi.  Dinner and night in Hanoi. (B,L)

Day 5: Hue  - Morning transfer to the airport for a flight to Hue which was the capital of Vietnam ruled by the Nguyen dynasty between 1802 and 1945. This afternoon we visit the Imperial Citadel. Two nights in Hue. (B,L)
 

Day 6: Hue - Visit to the Thien Mu pagoda, Minh Mang and Khai Dinh tombs by boat on the Perfume River. Afternoon visit Dong Ba market. Night in Hue. (B,L)

Day 7: Hue / Danang / Hoi An - Morning leave Hue for Hoi An (150km), passing through Danang where you will visit Cham museum, which holds the finest collection of Cham artwork in the country. Night in Hoi An. (B,L)

Day 8: Hoi An / Nha Trang - Morning tour to visit the ancient town of Hoi An, including the homes of former merchants, the 400 year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien pagoda, Tan Ky House, and the exotic local market.

PM: Transfer to Danang airport for the flight to Nha Trang where is considered as Vietnam’s Mediterranean area. Two nights in Nha Trang. (B,L)

Day 9: Nha Trang  - A half day boat trip in Nha Trang Bay, visiting Hon Tam islet and fishermen village, swimming and relaxing on the island beaches. (B,L)

Day 10: Nha Trang / Dalat - Drive to Dalat (about 200 km) with sightseeing stops to see Cham towers, the Ngoan Muc Mountain Pass. Lunch at a local restaurant. Two nights in Dalat. (B,L)

Day 11: Dalat - Tour in Dalat, the city situated on a plateau in the Central Highland, at an altitude of almost 1500m. Visit the former palace of Emperor Bao Dai, Tuyen Lam lake, Dalat flower garden, Prenn Waterfall. (B,L)

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City - Transfer to the airport for the flight to Ho Chi Minh City (Sai Gon) - the largest city in Vietnam which is called “the Pearl of the Far East“. Spend four nights in HCMC. (B,L)

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh City - Visit Ho Chi Minh City's most important attractions today, including Thien Hau Pagoda, the War Remnants museum, Reunification Hall which is the former Presidential Palace. Have a walk to visit China town, passing Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Sai Gon Post Office. Dinner and night in Sai Gon. (B,L)

Day 14: Mekong Delta - Day trip to My Tho for a boat cruise on the Mekong River will provide you a glimpse of the life of local people. Visit fruit gardens, Dong Tam snake farm, Vinh Trang pagoda and the honey bee and coconut candy workshop. Lunch at a local restaurant. Return to Ho Chi Minh City late in the day. (B,L)

Day 15: Cu Chi / Tay Ninh - Day trip to Tay Ninh province to visit the Holy See of the Cao Dai religion. Lunch at a local restaurant, then visit the Cu Chi tunnels, an incredible underground tunnel network constructed by Vietnamese resistance fighters during the struggle for independence. Return to HCMC for night. (B,L)

Day 16: Departure - Morning at leisure before transfer to the airport for your flight. (B)
